Rescheduled for the 11'th. Reasoning: On June 24'th, the chickens were weighing between 4 and 5 lbs. They need an extra week to hit good freezer weight. Come butcher meat birds at the Fuhry's. We'll get started promptly at 8AM. Most years we are done before 11:30AM. We'll have beer and lunch. Bring coffee and water, wear something you don't mind getting dirty. Oh, and bring the wife & kids. It's always a fun time.
